For the third year running, we’ve designed the annual report for Gisborne Holdings Ltd. This time, we went deeper, complementing the company’s story with a compelling new photoshoot that captures the authentic energy and breathtaking landscapes of the region.

To truly reflect the impact of Gisborne Holdings Ltd., we moved beyond the boardroom and into the field.

 

This year’s visual narrative was shaped by an intensive, multi-day photoshoot across GHL’s diverse portfolio—from the rugged expanses of Tauwhareparae Farm to the vibrant community hubs of the Waikanae Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park.

We captured a momentum for regional prosperity. By photographing commercial properties and residential housing alongside the breathtaking landscapes of the East Cape, the imagery bridges the gap between industrial growth and the natural beauty of the Tairāwhiti region. It is an authentic visual record of the land and the people GHL serves.
