The Climate Service Center Germany (GERICS) was launched by the Federal Government as part of the ”High-Tech Strategy for Climate Protection“ at the Helmholtz Centre Geesthacht. In the tender for a graphic concept for the ”Climate Information Leaflets“ series, we were able to convince the judges. This was followed by a commission for an anniversary book to mark the centre’s fifth anniversary.
In our graphic concept for ‘Klima Konkret’, infographics play a central role. On the one hand, they create visual attention, while on the other hand, they present complex content in a more understandable way. The reduced, but edgy style runs consistently throughout — from the title to the infographics themselves.
